Our Story
Critical Cleanout started with one truck, a lot of hustle, and a belief that junk removal could be done differently. Like many of you, we'd been through family situations that required clearing out a loved one's home – and we saw how most companies either rushed through or treated families like just another job to get through.
Whether it's an estate clean-out, prepping a house for market, or clearing a rental property, we've built our reputation on showing up when we say we will and leaving every space broom-swept and ready for its next chapter.

Giving back is at the heart of what we do. We strive to donate and recycle as much as possible, working closely with over a dozen local Metro Detroit charities and recycling centers to ensure every cleanout makes a difference in our community.
